Current Service Projects
Here is a list of current Northridge connected service projects. Most of these are one time time or annual events that individuals or groups can participate in as a way of serving our community. Check back regularly for new projects and updates.
David’s Refuge hop into spring outreach event
David’s Refuge provides much needed respite weekends to families with children with disabilities or significant medical needs.
In conjunction with Northridge Church, David’s Refuge is hosting a spring outreach event for families to attend on Saturday April 13th.
We need volunteers to help with set up, the event itself, and clean up. Click the link below to sign up to serve.
Care packs on AMBULANCES from supports on the streets
Supports on the Streets is working with local paramedics to put care packs on all city ambulances to be given to homeless individuals receiving care.
Volunteers and groups can help by assembling packages and giving them to the Supports on the Streets team. Click the link below to read instructions for making packages.
Cameron Community Ministries bowl-a-thon
Cameron Community Ministries is hosting a Bowl-a-Thon fundraiser on Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. They are looking for individuals or groups to come and participate in the fun. This includes bowling, pizza, games, and prizes. The cost to bowl is $25 and all proceeds go to Cameron.
