441 Ministries - ways to serve

Saturday, June 8 - New City Cafe 2nd Birthday Celebration

Stop in at New City Cafe! Pick up a coffee, latte, espresso, or fruit smoothie. Spend some time with the cafe baristas and the people from the neighborhood. Listen and catch a glimpse of how they serve the neighborhood.

Pray. Pray for the families who have chosen to serve there. Pray because the need for the gospel seems to increase daily as people struggle with rising poverty levels and the accompanying sense of hopelessness and the ever-present effects of addiction and crime.

Give. Would you consider buying an item from the ministry wish list?

  • Portable sound system for live music events

  • Folding tables and chairs for outside use at the New City cafe

  • EGO 56-volt cordless hedge trimmer for the garden

  • Funds to build 6 more raised garden beds

CompassCare Walk for Life

Saturday, May 4, 2019 - The Church tells the world through its presence at the Walk for Life that abortion is unjust toward the baby and unnecessary for any woman. Together, as pledge-raising walkers, we can continue to help women considering abortion have their babies. The Walk invites others to join Jesus in what He is doing to erase the need for abortion, one woman at a time

This year’s goal is to raise $268,000 in order to reach more women seriously considering abortion and expand CompassCare’s services to other major abortion hubs in NY.
